Representing creators. Advising brands. Building partnerships that last.

Every partnership needs a translator.

Brands and creators often want the same thing: partnerships that create lasting value. The challenge is translating expectations. Every community has its own language, norms, and expectations, just as every brand has objectives, stakeholders, and measures of success.

Pokéndorse bridges those worlds, combining enterprise sponsorship experience with a deep understanding of Pokémon creators and their audiences to help build partnerships that work for both sides.

Enterprise Experience

Pokéndorse founder Jake Martin brings experience planning and activating partnerships across NFL, NBA, NHL, and professional motorsports properties. That experience informs how we approach creator partnerships: with clear objectives, thoughtful activation, and an understanding of how brands evaluate sponsorship value.

Community Understanding

That sponsorship experience is paired with a longstanding connection to the Pokémon hobby. Since 2005, Jake has collected Pokémon memorabilia, competed in Trading Card Game events at the regional and international level, and remained an avid consumer of Pokémon content across YouTube and social media.

Creator-First Representation

Our approach to creator representation begins with a holistic understanding of each creator’s goals for brand partnerships. To build campaigns that feel organic to engaged audiences, Pokéndorse pursues partnerships with brands our creators are genuinely excited to support.

How we approach partnerships

Every sponsorship is different, but our approach stays the same. We prioritize understanding before execution, collaboration over control, and relationships that extend beyond a single campaign.

Understanding First

Every successful partnership begins with shared objectives. We work to ensure brands and creators understand one another before ideas become deliverables.

Collaborative Strategy

The best campaigns build on what already makes a creator authentic. We help refine ideas for a specific audience without replacing the creator's voice or the brand's objectives.

Responsive Partnership

Clear communication and thoughtful execution are foundational. We stay engaged throughout the campaign, monitoring performance and audience response to inform our strategy while helping partnerships move efficiently from concept to completion.

Founder Note

Why I started Pokéndorse

I founded Pokéndorse after recognizing an underdeveloped sponsorship opportunity at the intersection of two worlds I know well: partnership marketing and the Pokémon community. I saw an opportunity to provide creators with transparent, collaborative representation while helping brands thoughtfully enter an audience they may have overlooked.

For brands, that means a partner who understands the objectives behind a sponsorship and the community it's entering. For creators, it means someone working alongside them to build opportunities that fit their goals, their content, and their audience.
